Here’s the first forecast for Potential Tropical Cyclone 1 issued by the NHC. It’s forecasted to become TS Alberto this week and track into Mexico. Lots of rain and potential flooding for parts of Mexico and Texas this week. A Tropical Storm Watch has been issued for the Texas coast from Port O'Connor southward to the mouth of the Rio Grande.
