As we predicted a couple of days ago, NHC now shows high development chances in the western Gulf this week. This could be a BIG rainmaker for Mexico and Texas (6-12" +). The Center should track into Mexico, but flooding and heavy rain will extend well from the center. The first name on the list will be Alberto.
