Fiona is a 60 mph ts storm this am and is forecasted to become a hurricane as it nears Puerto Rico tomorrow. Hurricane warnings are in effect for Puerto Rico. The storm will pass east of The Bahamas and likely become a cat 2 hurricane as it turns into the open Atlantic. Interests in Bermuda should monitor the progress if Fiona. Stay tuned for updates.
