TD 7 Upgraded To TS Gabrielle

TD 7 has been Upgraded to TS Gabrielle. Winds are at 40 mph and it is moving slowly to the NW. TS Warnings are still in effect for Puerto Rico. 

 TS Gabrielle will bring very heavy rain and flash flooding to Puerto Rico the next 24-48 hours.
