Gabrielle has become a remnant low and is no longer being tracked by the NHC. There is always a chance it could reform. 40% chance of reformation within 5 days. The Hurricane Hunters will investigate it this afternoon.

Invest 99L near the coast of Mexico has been upgraded to Tropical Depression 8 & will move inland today. Heavy rains will occur on portions of the Mexican Gulf coast. Advisories will be issued within an hour or two.
