Here is the latest on Invest 97L. 70% chance of development within 5 days. The NHC is still at 50%, but think they will come around later this morning. Very possible the Hurricane Hunters will find at least a tropical depression when they fly the storm this afternoon. Residents in Puerto Rico need to keep close watch on this system as it moves WNW. 9/4/13 5AM EDT
