Potential Tropical Cyclone 4 - 8/2/24 11AM EDT
The NHC has issued advisories on Potential Tropical Cyclone 4. This system is forecasted to become TS Debby this weekend and make landfall near Tampa as a moderate to strong tropical storm. Tropical storm warnings and watches have been issued for portions of the Florida coast. Impacts may occur to coastal sections of the southeastern United States early next week. HEAVY RAIN WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING IS THE MAIN THREAT AT THIS TIME. See the current storms section for all the available data ON PTC 4.
