Tropical Storm Ophelia has formed off the coast of North Carolina. It is currently bringing tropical storm force winds and storm surge up to 4 feet to portions of NC and VA. Some slight intensification is expected prior to landfall SAT am. The storm will weaken once it moves inland tomorrow morning.
