Tropical Depression 3 has formed in the tropical Atlantic. This system is forecasted to become Hurricane Bret. It will track towards the eastern Caribbean where some impacts are likely Thursday and Friday. At this time, this system is not a threat to the US mainland. Stay tuned for updates.
