Invest 92L has been given a 90% chance of development through the next 48 hours. This system will become our next tropical depression or Tropical Storm Bret soon. The latest guidance shows that some impacts to portions of the eastern Caribbean islands may be likely later this week. It does not appear that the storm will get strong enough to turn north and miss the islands. It would likely bring low-end tropical storm conditions Thursday, and then dissipate late week in the eastern Caribbean Sea due to forecasted unfavorable conditions.
