We are tracking newly designated Invest 96L in the central Atlantic. It currently has a 40% chance of development and will track towards the Caribbean this weekend. Any development is expected to be slow to occur as the invest is battling dry air and the environment is only marginally conducive for development. Stay tuned for updates.
