Tropical Storm Bonnie has finally formed in the Caribbean. This system will make landfall in Central America tonight and will bring flash flooding and mudslides to Nicaragua and Costa Rica. It will then cross over into the Pacific and stay south of Mexico. It will keep the name Bonnie in the eastern Pacific. The Atlantic should be quiet for at least the next one to two weeks.
