We are now tracking Invest 95L which is an area of low pressure located over the northwest Gulf of Mexico. This system currently has a 30% chance of development. Any development will be slow to occur as it tracks towards the coast of Texas over the next few days. At this time, the main impact to portions of the Texas gulf coast will be locally heavy rainfall.
