Nicholas is now moving NNE at 12 mph and winds have increased to 65 mph. It may get just a bit stronger before landfall in 12-18 hours. The main concern will be flooding rains which are moving into southeast Texas and western Louisiana. Up to 10-15 inches will be possible in some areas.
