A hurricane watch has been issued for a portion of the west FL coast. Elsa will have marginal conditions to strengthen as it approaches Florida today and tonight. The track has also shifted closer to Tampa Bay. Interests in this region should prepare for the possibility of hurricane force winds up to 80 mph.
