Recon has found that Elsa has strengthened and winds are now 70 mph. A Hurricane Warning is now in effect from Egmont Key to the Steinhatchee River. If you are in the warning area please rush preparations to completion and prepare for winds potentially over 75 mph at times as the storm tracks along the west coast of Florida during the next 24 hours.
