A hurricane watch is in effect for Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic from Isla Sanoa to Samana. A tropical storm warning is in effect for Martinique, St. Vincent, The Grenadines and Puerto Rico. The NHC currently does not forecast Dorian to become a hurricane, but it is a slight possibility. All interests in the eastern Caribbean should monitor the progress of Dorian.
