A tropical storm watch has been issued for Puerto Rico as Tropical Storm Dorian continues to track wnw. Dorian will bring tropical storm conditions to the Windward Islands tonight. Later this week, Dorian may impact the Bahamas and possibly Florida. At this time, specific track and impacts cannot be determined.
