Sento to Eastern Pacific region:

TD 16E has formed 130 miles wsw of Acapulco, Mexico. A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for the southwest coast of Mexico from Zihuatanejo to Punta Maldonado. TD 16E is not forecasted to become a tropical storm at this time. The depression is expected to produce total rainfall accumulations of 5 to 10 inches with maximum totals of 15 inches across southern portions of the Mexican states of Guerrero and Michoacan.
