TS Cindy is forecasted to track inland tonight over extreme SW LA. TS Warnings remain in effect & heavy rain is still occurring east of the center all the way to FL & AL. Cindy will weaken once over land, but inland heavy rains will continue to be an issue for parts of the south through this weekend.
