Potential Tropical Cyclone 3 has been upgraded to TS Cindy. Only 4 Atlantic hurricane seasons have had 2 concurrent named systems in the month of June. 1909, 1959, 1968 & 2017. TS Warnings are in effect from SE TX to LA.

Heavy rainfall and flash flooding on the east side of Cindy will be the biggest impact from this tropical storm.
