Invest 97L has been upgraded to TS Earl and the NHC will initiate advisories within the hour. At that time, the app will be updated with all the data.

The Hurricane Hunters did find a closed circulation and tropical storm force winds. Earl is expected to track towards Belize and make landfall late tomorrow or early Thursday morning. We will have a full post and analysis posted here on newly formed Tropical Storm by 6PM EDT.
