The tropical wave we have been following for you has been upgraded to our next named storm of the Atlantic season. The NHC forecasts TD-4 to be upgraded to TS Dorian within the next 24 hours and to remain a weak tropical storm due to dry air, moderate wind shear and cooler than average ocean temperatures along a portion of the forecast track. Interests in the northern Lesser Antilles should closely monitor the progress of this storm as it is forecasted to move towards the NE Caribbean. We will keep you updated on this new system. At this time, we do not see this system becoming a hurricane.
