The NHC has tagged the strong tropical wave in the east Atlantic as Invest 98L. At this time, the system is being given a 70% chance at developing. It will have a tough battle with dry air and ocean temps that are marginal for development. If it does develop, the next name on the list is Dorian. We will keep you updated.
