Many of you in TX and LA want to know if you will get rain from this Gulf disturbance. 1-3 inches is possible anywhere in the green area the way it looks now (could still change!). There's currently a 20% chance the system will become a td or ts and those chances may be increased later today by the NHC. Houston, Lake Charles and maybe Corpus have the best chance of seeing decent rain from this system. Further inland near San Antonio and Austin the rain may be more isolated and scattered and less than an inch. Stay tuned for updates.
