TS Ernesto has formed east of the Lesser Antilles. Tropical storm warnings are in effect for Puerto Rico and the northeast Caribbean as Ernesto is forecasted to track through the region Tuesday and Wednesday. Later this week Ernesto will turn north and potentially impact Bermuda this weekend.
