Newly designated Potential Tropical Storm Nine in the Gulf is expected to become TS Harold and make landfall on the southern TX coast tomorrow morning. TS watches and warnings are in effect for the lower-middle TX coast. 2”- 5” inches of rain wll be possible along the track. All interests along the southern TX coast should monitor closely.
