We are watching 3 areas for potential development over the next 7-10 days.

1/3 - The 12Z EPS is a little more bullish on a system in the central Atlantic developing and getting close or affecting the Lesser Antilles within 5 days. If you are in the eastern Caribbean just keep an eye on the NHC Outlooks this week & we will keep you informed as well. NHC currently states a 10% chance of development.

2/3 - The 12Z EPS also keeping the trend (slightly more bullish than 0Z) in developing a wave in the Gulf of Mexico early next week and tracking it anywhere from Louisiana to northern Mexico. We all know the waters are running way warmer than average. Watching this setup closely. The area has not yet been highlighted by the NHC, but suspect it will sometime this week if model trends continue.

3/3 - The wave that’s about to come off of Africa should track more NW over the next week or so if it develops. Not a hard recurve by any means, but will watch this area as well. NHC currently states there’s a 30% chance of development, suspect that will be increasing soon.
