The NHC has tagged a tropical wave in the tropical Atlantic as Invest 95L. This system currently has been given a 40% chance of development through the next 7 days. This is a fairly small, compact system with limited thunderstorm development at the moment. Conditions will be favorable for more gradual development and a depression or TS Emily is possible in the next 7 days. This system will track west-northwest towards the eastern Caribbean where all interests in the region should monitor the progress of this system. Stay tuned for updates.
