The NHC has tagged a surface trough in the Gulf for possible development. Conditions are only marginally favorable at this time for development. There's currently a 20% chance of deevlopment through the next 7 days. Heavy rainfall/gusty winds are possible across the FL Peninsula later this week. Stay tuned for updates as the outlook changes.
