Invest 91L has become Tropical Storm Earl east of the Leeward Islands. The initial track forecast for Earl keeps the system away from land. Maximum sustained winds will peak near 50 mph per the NHC. It will be a slow mover as well. Interests in the northern Leeward Islands, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico should monitor the progress of Earl.
