Invest 94L has a 70% chance (high category) of developing during the next 5 days as conditions will be favorable for a depression or tropical storm to form. The system will track through the Southern Windward Islands Tuesday and Wednesday bringing gusty winds and heavy rain that could lead to flash flooding. A strong area of high pressure to its north will keep it on a westerly track. This system will likely impact portions of Central America next weekend, possibly as a hurricane.
