The NHC has initiated advisories on Potential Tropical Cyclone 1 near the Yucatan. This system will likely become TS Alex and it tracks towards southern Florida bringing heavy rain and isolated flash flooding this weekend. Tropical Storm watches have also been issued for portions of Florida including the Florida Keys. Stay tuned for updates.
