Hurricane, tropical storm and storm surge watches are in effect for portions of New England as Tropical Storm Henri is now expected to impact the region after the track shifted closer to the coast. Henri will reach hurricane strength by Saturday and then should weaken some on approach but hurricane conditions may still be possible. Stay tuned for updates.
