Tropical Depression 22 has formed in the western Gulf of Mexico and is forecasted to become TS Wilfred. Winds are forecasted to peak near 70 mph in 3 days. The system could get close to Texas or Mexico. All interests in the Gulf of Mexico should monitor this system.
