Isaias is a strong tropical storm this morning, but as wind shear relaxes a little bit today, it's expected to become a hurricane once again. Hurricane warnings have been issued for portions of SC & NC. Tropical storm watches and warnings are also in effect from North Carolina up through Maine. 3 to 6 inches of rain is forecasted along the track. A 3 to 5 foot storm surge is forecasted near and to the right of where the center makes landfall early tomorrow morning. Stay safe if you are in the path.
