Tropical Storm Karen formed early this am just east of the Windward Islands. A tropical storm warning is in effect for Trinidad/Tobago & St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Karen is forecasted to turn north & track near Puerto Rico mid-week. Stay tuned for updates.
