Tropical Storm Barry has formed in the Gulf of Mexico. Winds are 40 mph. A Tropical Storm Warning is now in effect for the Louisiana coast from the Mouth of the Pearl River to Morgan City. A Hurricane Watch is in effect for the Mouth of the Mississippi River to Cameron, LA. All interests along the northern Gulf coast should monitor TS Barry closely over the next several days.
