Potential Tropical Cyclone 2 has formed in the Gulf of Mexico. This system is forecasted to become a tropical storm and eventually a hurricane prior to landfall later this week. A Tropical Storm watch has been issued from the Mouth of the Mississippi River to Morgan City, Louisiana. All interests and residents from the upper TX coast through the LA coast should monitor this system closely.
