Beryl has dissipated and is now an open tropical wave. The remnants of Beryl will bring some rain and gusty winds to portions of the Lesser Antilles tonight. Meanwhile, TS Chris located off the coast of North Carolina is forecasted to meander offshore and strengthen to a hurricane before moving away from the United States coastline mid week. Later this week, portions of Southeast Canada may receive some impacts from Chris as it weakens.
