Tropical Storm Beryl develops over the Atlantic Ocean, intensifying from Tropical Depression Two. NHC will release an updated advisory at 5pm EDT. Beryl is currently not expected to impact any land areas as the storm is forecasted to dissipate in a few days as it encounters increasing wind shear.
