There is now a high (70%) chance of Invest 90L developing into a tropical cyclone and possibly a tropical storm with the name, Alberto, within the next 5 days over the Gulf of Mexico. The biggest threat from this system will be heavy rain with the potential of flash flooding later this week from SE LA to FL.
