Hurricane watches have been issued for portions of the northeastern Caribbean Sea. Watches are in effect for Antigua, Barbuda, Anguilla, Montserrat, St. Kitts, and Nevis. Saba, St. Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy. Irma expected to impact the region Tuesday-Thursday.
