The NHC has initiated advisories on Potential Tropical Cyclone 7 in the Caribbean Sea. This system is expected to become TS Franklin and possibly even a hurricane in the Bay of Campeche. This system will impact the Yucatan Peninsula, Belize and the eastern Gulf coast of Mexico. PTC 7 is not a threat to the U.S.
