Advisories have been initiated on Potential Tropical Cyclone 14E in the eastern Pacific. The government of Mexico has issued a Hurricane Watch and a Tropical Storm Warning for the coast of Baja California Sur from Todos Santos to Los Barriles including Cabo San Lucas. Should become Tropical Storm Lidia within 24 hours.
