Short term hi-res computer models are showing VERY HEAVY feeder bands settings up across SE TX tonight & into Sunday with the potential of dropping 2-3 inches of rain per hour. We could see 12"-20" inches of rain in the Houston area just through the next 24 hours There's real chance of catastrophic, life threatening flash flooding beginning tonight in the Houston area that could rival Allison from 2001. Be weather aware and prepare in case this forecast verifies.
