Harvey is inland over TX this morning and is a Cat 1 hurricane with 75 mph winds. Harvey should weaken to a tropical storm today. Torrential rain which will lead to flash flooding will continue across many portions of south & eastern TX. Harvey is forecasted to move out of the area by Thursday.
