A hurricane warning has been issued from Port Mansfield, TX to Matagorda, TX. This includes the Corpus Christi metro. Also, a Tropical Storm Warning has been issued from north of Matagorda to High Island Texas. This includes the Houston/Galveston metro. Finally, a hurricane watch & tropical storm warning are in effect from south of Port Mansfield to the mouth of the Rio Grande.
