Potential Tropical Cyclone 9 has formed east of the Caribbean Sea & is forecasted to become TS Harvey within 24 hours and a hurricane by early next week. TS watches & warnings have been issued for portions of the E Caribbean Sea. This system will track towards Central America next week.
