Tropical Depression 4 has formed in the far eastern Atlantic. TD 4 is the 4th tropical cyclone to form east of 45W° between July 1-10 since 1851. Defintley a rare July system in the deep tropics! Not expected to become a tropical storm at this time per the NHC.
